The yoga class on August 2nd was attended by 26 people – 6 men and 20 women. Master Vishnu began with breathing exercises to help the participants feel calm. He then guided them through strengthening and twisting poses targeting the spine and lower back, designed to alleviate common issues like neck, back, and leg pain.Strap exercises focusing on the lower back and legs were also incorporated to improve blood flow and provide knee relief.The class concluded with stretches for the neck, hands, shoulders, back, and hips, followed by balance poses.Throughout, the environment was kept safe and supportive, allowing the participants to practice at their own pace. We hope they found the session beneficial for their physical and mental well-being.
