Shuk Fan Yuen

It was my first class teaching students of 4. It helped me to improve my sequencing and adjusting the poses for multi-level students. Two of them are intermediate students and the rest of them are beginner students. I tried to keep the class balanced with yin and yang style in a therapeutic way. I want to help them to release the stress and tightness of their muscles, as well as strengthening some core muscles. I closed the class with meditation, alternative nostrils breathing and om chanting.
It’s sweating, rejuvenating and rewarding. Both students and myself enjoyed the class.
