Excellent. Master Yogananth taught a really good class starting with more flexibility poses from upper body , twisting, all the way to the hips, feet and toes. Then moved on to more strengthening poses including bridge and legs up on blocks, boat, mini plank and even lifting with blocks. Students could keep up as a result of consistent attendance. Great positive energy and amazing progress. Also wished master Yogananth a very very happy birthday and so grateful he spent his special day with us. 🙏🙏🙏
