It’s the 1st class of our second course with GCBC, 12 pax, a mix of old and new students.
We did an intro on AYC and how the BC tailored sequence would help with the rehab progress and improve quality of the daily life after treatments.

Started with gentle warm in sitting for upper body, followed by pranayama for them to get familar with mindful breathing. Then added standing poses for limbs movement and strengthening synchronizing w/ breathing. Finished with supported fish poses for relaxation.

Great response from students, they did very well even it’s the first yoga class for some of them.
