After a light and easy full body stretches on muscles & joints flexiblility. We focused on 3 poses today.
1.Dolphin strengthens shoulders, arms, upper body & legs.
2.Camel, the heart-opening pose, gain sense of liberation & emotional release. Help us confront our fears and anxieties.
3.Sphinx Pose, a gentle backbend, lengthen abdominal muscles, strengthens spine firms buttocks. Its also open chest, lungs & shoulders, soothes nervous system.
Dolphin & Camel, they felt really challenging, and Sphinx let them calm down from released their fatigue.
They felt super cool after sweating. 🥰🥰🥰
