Feeling grateful for everyone practicing yoga and sharing good energy with your peers.
A class with 12 students, some from the last batch, some are new. A good class to learn what they need.
We focus on stretching for the upper body and stimulation for limbs, and adjustment on alignment as well using blocks while standing and sitting. Finished with a guided savasana and short singing bowl sessions for relaxation.
It was a nice hatha flow today with a focus on shoulders, upper back, and hips.
Worked on shoulder opening and arms mobility, then quards, back muscle and core strengthening today. Students had a good sweat and did well!
I learned how to use chair as prop for elderly students to perform yoga for example preventing them from falling for balance poses.
Strong class – Hatha vinyasa style. The students were very focused and shared great energy throughout the class. Lots of fun and enjoyment for all!
Good energy from the students – Hatha Flow style class – full body strength and stretch with good focus on alignment, lots of fun!
Yoga builds body awareness and I feel so relax and happy every time after I attended the AYC online yoga class. Namaste ποΈππ
