It was great and the end of the class with singing bowl was very joyful.
We did some on legs strengthen poses and explained its benefits. Student were happy to take up the little challenge.π

Today class started from slow flow and then some standing balancing and stretching postures. Love to hear the laughing sound even the students canβt hold during the balancing postures. Happy class today.
