Great day and warm weather – Hatha flow style with extra focus on hip opening and strengthening lower body. Students were full of energy and enthusiasm – lots of fun and enjoyment throughout the practice.
Focused on full body release – special attention to legs and hips. Students had fun and enjoyed the benefits of the asana practice.
We practiced focused on lengthening the front body and strengthening the back body after whole body warm up. Everyone made a good effort in spite of some challenging postures.
The weather has helped students enjoying more the stretching and strengthen. Eager to practice we have start with a general warm up, and then focusing in back care. We did some core as well finishing with pranayama.
