One student mentioned shoulder pain so she couldn’t sleep well but always sleep better after yoga class. Overall everyone made good effort and left the class with smile on the face
A fun and enjoyable class – students all gave good focus and were very energetic throughout the class. A strong Hatha flow style class and finished with yin style postures which the students found relieving.
Students were very enthusiastic and enjoyed a strong yang style flow to warm up and a series of balance postures before finishing with some full body stretch postures.
