Pranayama
Thank you so much teaching me the slow and gentle breathing of the Pranayama today. Feeling so great.
We had 2 new students who never practiced yoga before. I gave a class focused on basic asanas after enough whole body warm up. Everyone made a good effort and enjoyed a long savasana in the end of practice.
All seniors are energetic and optimistic. They are fast learner and enjoyed the class very much.Thank you our volunteer teacher – Nancy teaching with her heart, and well prepared for the class. 👍🏻
Today we did side body stretching, legs stretching, twisting poses on Chair.We also practice force exhalation exercise, alternating nostril and wrap up the class with body scan.
Weather is too hot and a nice

Very good. Tanny taught a very balanced and comprehensive class starting with seated stretching poses, moving on to balancing and standing poses. Also strengthening poses and finally bridge pose and pranayama at the end.
