Sun vinyasa style class with good strength and stretch focus across whole body – students were very focused and had fun throughout the class while enjoying the benefits from their practice.

The elderly told us that they like learning the names of the asanas, reflecting that it is easier for them to remember what to do with the names like down dog, cat-cow, tree given in our instructions.
Yoga helps elderly alleviate aches and pains. And they feel happy and enjoy the class. 😊
