We did both Chair yoga
Class start with breathing exercise, using strap to stretch shoulder
We did standing poses which have a great benefits for strengthening and stretching all group muscles in the legs, particularly for thighs, hamstrings, gluts, calves and ankles. Students were focusing and having fun.
We did gentle movement mobilises the spine and yoga helps to improve body and postural awareness .And they felt good and more relax after class.
Today class was started by general slow flow. Some balancing poses also practiced.
It was an amazing class with my yoga friends. I sleep much better after practicing yoga. Thank you so much 🤩

It was a hot day today but the students and I enjoyed getting into a bit of a sweat and doing some deep stretches to start our day.
I taught a class with a small group. Most of them have a regular weekend practice so they followed well despite some postures such as navasana were still a bit challenging for them.
