Today the students enjoyed different stretching for neck, shoulder, upper back & lower back, hip and glutei, and they felt that this practice releases tightness and stiffness.
Today class was fun. We worked on joints mobility, shoulders stretching and heart opening, hips joints and pelvic mobility as well as hips muscle activation.
Students tried their best at their first class with Teacher Chloe.
All the students were very engaged and really tried their best to practice different postures.
We did more stretches today and slow down our pace to open our shoulders and hips. A student say he feels good after the class!
Class was energetic and fun! We enjoyed our practice under the beautiful weather!
I love it that this practice is to improve my digestive system. Thank you and namaste~
Good efforts from everyone for all poses. A bit struggle on the tree pose for the balancing but do it against the wall helped to stabilise the body.
Yoga is Powerful, I did one class per week, I can feel the changing of my body. I feel so good with my regular yoga practice now ❤❤
Nice Yoga class, feel alive after half an hour time. And was just enough for me to take a good break in between my lunch time.
