Strong ladies. All did so well!
Students did really well and were able to get into the Posterior pose after opening up their hips. We need to work a bit on their muscle strength in core , hips and knees

9th class of this batch, we are seeing great improvement, they are more confident and happy. Patients are excited to show their family they could sit down on the floor & stand up by themselves, so lovely.
