3 teachers were teaching in three groups, scopes include breathing, stretching twisting and strengthening. The students generally can perform the poses.
Today’s class went smoothly and peacefully. All students enjoyed the class and left with happy faces.
Today we focus on Spinal Twist Stretch and it helps to improve the digest system.
Students were enjoyed new poses for strengthening shoulder & leg ,thigh
Today the students practiced different straightening & strengthening poses; a few students felt them hard to do due to body pain issues, but they tried all efforts to complete them.

Master yogannath lead the class. We worked on different parts of the body. At the end of the class, a student told me she felt the postures were effective for her lower back. Everyone left with smiley faces.
