Hatha flow style class, students had good energy and focus, very enthusiastic throughout the class – they enjoyed the variety of postures focused on whole body strength and release with twists and lateral stretching.

I’m the observer. All of them were so focusing on every movement. They have panic, feeling of tight chest and shallow breath. After reminding them keep breathing and breath deeply, they really felt sort of tension released.
