That was the first class after lockdown. Mainly on simple stretching and breathing execrise for awakening their bodies.
Wonderful day start with my yoga practice. I sweat, laugh and having fun. Thank you teachers.
More students showed up after the change of class schedule from morning to afternoon.
Students told us they were so stress out in their daily life. So they really enjoyed an hour “me time” and only quiet time during the day.
The class was great! Wah gor started the class with heart meridian. Today we had a dynamic class and finished by lying down posture and pranayama practice.
