The class was very good . Our teacher speaks louder, we could hear him clearly and the stretching and sequence taught was great for our stiff joints. I wish we could do more of this .

Very good. Tanny started seated on floor with stretching and some balancing. Then standing poses and ended with breathing in the prone position. Hazel gave us tips on breathing and other pointers.

Very good. Fiona taught a comprehensive class. Some students seem to find it hard to stretch out against the wall but tried their best. Ended with a nice yoga nidra session.

Students look tired today when we just starting the class. So we had a relaxation stretch with lot of breathing today. They all Feel good afterward.
