Excellent. I started a simple warm- up and Hazel taught the class various strengthening ( mostly lower body and back) and overall stretching. Used blocks and the wall as well. Students practicing well and happy to keep practicing.

Class resume after the long period lock down. We did some simple stretching and they were so happy finally can join our yoga class.

Yin yang style flow – extended holds on stretch poses, covered full body. Students gave good focus to alignment and showed good skill and focus throughout the class.
