Good upper body and leg strengthening and stretching. Some poses are new but they are all willing to try
Students enjoyed the shoulders stretching. A gentle flow but result is amazing. Back to the basic is always the best.

I gave a class focused on foundational standing/seated asanas to build up strength also to stretch the entire body. Everyone made a good effort!
