Classes combined core strengthen and relaxing stretch. participants enjoyed and so into the class with our volunteer teachers. Happy to see everybody so committed to yoga practice.
We practised core strengthening today and the heavy wind adds some challenges in balancing, but students are enthusiastic and focused.
