It’s really nice! Most of them got the shoulders pain and feel stress of the spine and lower back. We do some exercises of stretching and help to relieve it. They feel good after the class.

Great Class. I wasn’t able to balance and focus well when I just start my practice. I am so happy to see my progress and feel so awesome.
