Today’s challenge was boat pose. Most of them could not achieve the pose, so I offered different modifications to them.
It was so good and enjoyable. I become more flexible after practice sometimes on Sunday Class. Thank you!🤩
Very good Class. My favourite pose is heart pose, instantly feeling happy and Improves my respiratory function.

Gentle stretching class and combines with breathing session at the end.
Yoga promote physical strength and mental calmness. Students working hard on each pose and enjoyed very much.
