So great. Working on core muscle strength today. Feel challenge and fun.
The class was great with wonderful weather! We started with energizing breath combined movements, follow by some stretching and strengthening pose. Focus on chest and hip opening, shoulder mobility and spinal movements as they encountered tightness in these areas.
Strong class – flow and daub salutations plus good stretch across full body – very good energy from students.
Students were happy, they appreciated everything. I am so glad I can teaching in AYC group
Everyone presented their joy during the class, yoga is not only benefit to body, same benefit goes to mind
Fun time for us. Weekly yoga class helps me a lot, yoga helps to release the tension, my body aches
Good stretching today, I feel I become lighter and taller after class, given a space for body and mind was so good. Thank you AYC for organising free yoga classes.
Learn new pose is so much fun. yoga inspiration, we take up the challenge on new poses and we learn to apply in our daily life.
It was all good and we had fun. All AYC teachers are so professional and caring. We learnt how to take care our body and mind.
