The vibre was great! Everyone enjoyed the practice. Classes resume in May and happy to hear some of them were joining our online yoga class and keep practicing. Yoga is so powerful tools to keep us happy and healthy.

It was great and fun. my favourite pose is spinal twisting poses. t’s a fantastic pose to loosen up the hips and alleviate lower back pain.
I attended this class online and it was very good, as always. Learnt the teaching skills.
