Relatively energetic class today. We started with strengthening for legs and hip as well as core engagement. Then followed by stretches for upper limbs and shoulder mobility, lastly finished the session with abdominal breathing and bhramari pranayama for relaxation.

We begin with gentle stretching and end with a singing bowl meditation. The AYC yoga class is loved by students as it rejuvenates their body and mind. They have even commented that their back pain was gone after the class.

Most of the students in the class today has been attended few classes before. Maybe only 1 or 2 was a new experience to yoga. Teacher teaching was well presented and fun.
