We work the entire body from shoulder and chest opening, to hips and hamstrings, and lateral stretch and rotation.
Great class, we have a group of cheerful elderly. Their flexibility and mobility improved a lot. 😊
Master Yogananth was helping them to do shoulder stand. Grateful for them keep coming to class. Mobility is improving and with better energy.
A balanced class started with chest opening and lower body stretching exercise led by new volunteer teachers Ania and Angel. Followed by Edward wrapped up with some strengthening practice.
