We did more stretching in the neck and shoulders, and spent some more time working on some basic poses. Really happy to see the students.

I managed to take some part I learnt from Master Priyanka earlier into this course. Students seem quite enjoying it.

Started with gentle warm up to activate all joints. Followed by stretching poses by chair yoga. Taught breathing technique to learn internal awareness and guided meditation of self-love. They left class with happy face.
