Patients come back after surgery or hospitalized, still being very possible and work so hard. Really motivated me to be a better teacher and student.
Body condition may feel better or worst each day! Sometimes even very gentle exercise could be challenging. So glad they keep coming to class even in severe pain. Always listen to your body and pace yourself! 🙏🏻
