Namaste and thank you for your guidance in the class 🙏. I have learn a lot from teacher how to take care of my body from yoga.
Today class was great. Master Yogananth taught the class and explained the benefits of each movement very clearly.
The students followed instructions very well and were able to focus on breathing practice as well as physical movement.

Teachers teaching therapeutic poses and tailor made the class sequence which help the students release all their tension during the week. So grateful to see the smiling faces from volunteers and participants.

Attendees prefer a 45 minutes or an hour class so that they can have more time to practice different yoga poses.
Class started with a long relaxation in savasana. Followed by some spine stretches and restorative stretches for arms and shoulders. Each pose was held for around 2minutes. Class finished with a chest opening arm stretching supine twist and savasana.
Excellent class began with meditation and breathing exercise, followed by stretching different parts of body. Thank you all for the good energy! Happy Diwali!
