class started a warm up for neck and shoulders and then different parts of the body. It continues with a bit challenging balancing poses and further stretching and strengthening of the shoulders. Ladies made a good effort.

A well balanced sequence to stretch different part of the body. Some felt a bit challenging with standing balance poses but still made good effort to try!

All students enjoyed very much. Some students want to watch the lesson of this morning, want to practice the same at home. Finally I recommended some chair yoga video from You Tube to them.
