It was good. Students paid attention and did well. One female student used chair and stood to do most poses.
I am practicing to teaching half of the class today. Students are willing to take challenges in their poses. Students also expressed interest in taking the class.
What a wonderful way to start the weekend. This energizing yet soothing practice left me feeling refreshed and ready to tackle my weekend to-do list.

The girls were very attentive. Some have bene coming to class regularly and i could see that they were more willing to try harder now.
I was feeling stressed coming into class, but the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful sequencing helped me let go of that tension. I m leaving with a renewed sense of calm.
Hatha power style class – humid and warm conditions and students all did very well with great focus.
