Happy to practice together. We did some core strengthening sequence today and then relaxing stretches.

Thank you so much Si Fu teaching the class, always learning from him. Full class today, so touching that the patient are trying hard in class and everyone enjoyed it.

Good effort from everyone. One lady expressed she experienced pain everywhere and hopes coming here regularly will help.
