Master Yogananth led a comprehensive class covering full body therapy postures focused on mobility and strength, pranayama and eye strengthening practice.
Today class was full body stretching and lengthening Start from meditation, neck, face, head, arms, heel, hip and ankle warm up. Hatha Beginner and holding so poses for building the body muscles.
There was one student with knee pain from running, so we focused more on hamstring, front and side body stretch, twisting, as well as core strengthening. The feedback is better pain relief.
Very energetic class. Ladies did very well in warrior 1/2/3 poses
Relatively energetic class today. We started with strengthening for legs and hip as well as core engagement. Then followed by stretches for upper limbs and shoulder mobility, lastly finished the session with abdominal breathing and bhramari pranayama for relaxation.
We begin with gentle stretching and end with a singing bowl meditation. The AYC yoga class is loved by students as it rejuvenates their body and mind. They have even commented that their back pain was gone after the class.
Today all the Seniors were very activity doing the yoga practices and we can see some improvement during the class start and end. They’re all welcome to shares their interests and explain which part of they bodies not functions well. … Continued
