I have observed how teachers adjust students and talk with master Hazel to have more details for every single students.
Excellent. Patty started with a gentle warm- up and hazel continued with flexibility, toning and strengthening exercises for the upper body, and legs and arms as well. Hazel ended with some breathing pranayama exercises so everyone felt relaxed.
Good relaxing class with some strengthen poses. everyone enjoyed so much and happy to see their progress.
Very nice and gentle. Great energy. I could feel that they really enjoyed and appreciated the class. Some jokes were made and clapping at the end after holding the strengthening poses for a certain period of time.

The class was great, all the participants enjoyed the class and teaching assistants are helping the students to adjust. It was a very interactive class.
Standing and sitting postures all the way with chair, focusing on breathing on every movements. Practice Kapalabahti and with a short meditation at the end.
Master Vishnu taught some deep hip openings. I feel nicely stretched out and relaxed after the class π
