Very good, students enjoy the relaxing stretch and peaceful moments that gave them a comfortable session. Some of them fall asleep after short breathing break before shavasana

Attendees are now more familiar with nostril breathing and used to meditation practice.

We practice Sun Salutations. I love and enjoy the class and the exercises we did helps a lot on my physical strength and flexibility.I feel great after the class. Always thankful to all dedicated teachers
