More people joined the class compared with last session that I have attended. Students were trying their best during the class even the weather is so hot.

The class was great. We went through breath and body awareness, gentle flow with some strengthening and stretching poses. Most of the participants followed well and all looked energized after the class! Really happy and grateful 🙂

Start with few pranayama increase oxygen level, then strengthening asanas followed by lying down twisting and nadi Suddhi. Students left with a happy face. Namaste
