Students are always happy and excited when Si Fu is teaching, and they are willing to work harder. Si Fu always teaches some new asana, the class is always filled with joy and laughter.
All participants did very well. The sequence went well and smoothly. Everybody enjoyed the body scanning meditation at the end of the class.
