Today is quite windy, so we worked on some core and leg strengthening poses. At the end we focused on hips and hamstrings. The students enjoyed the challenging. And I felt happy teaching in AYC too.
We move slow and most about holding the pose longer , we practice balancing,twisting, standing,sitting, prone, supine pose and do semi inversion as downward facing doing with one hand holding the ankle join.then end with savasana. The students have great … Continued
