The class was smooth, participants are following well. First half of the class focused on breathing exercise and Yang practice. Second half of the class focused more on Yin and stretching. Happy see their happy faces with interaction after class.

The class was very nice started with breathing techniques and sound meditation, ended with easy version of plow pose. They are doing well with this new challenging pose.
