Today we have 11 happy faces. We did mindfulness movement. seated chair stretches, encourage the mind-body connection while relieving stress. Incorporate breathing techniques. Recalled them how their bodies feel while each exercise.
We have upper back stretching with yoga straps. We did diaphragmatic breathing and guided visualization. To relieve their tension of body. Brain gym exercise recalls the movements naturally, learning to coordinate the eyes, ears, hands, and whole body.
2 classes together 19 mums. As an observer, I can see that all mums were so diligent on each pose. They were amazing.

Hatha class with focus on generating warmth and prana in cool conditions. Full body focus on mobility and strength. Students gave lots of energy and joy to the class!
Hatha class with extended warm up and focus on generating prana given cold weather. Students all gave good energy and focus.
Some of them are the first time taking Master Vishnu’s class, they’re happy to try something new. Master focuses on strengthening which they students may think it’s hard, but they still try hard.
