Learn a lot of ways to assist. All the assist Volunteer were very helpful and much appreciated the knowledge they shared with me.
Started class with body scanning. Upper body stretch and conditioning. Then core and legs exercises. Students worked hard and were focused.

The last class of this batch, students are excited to be back for practice after the holidays. We did more mat practice they are more confident on every poses, so much improvement on their mind & body.
Sandy rejoined the class after a 6-month break as she went through a surgery. Felt good after the class.
