Mom has upper back pain issue. Taught her some stretching exercises of neck, shoulder, chest opening, and spine alignment poses.

Few just attended due to cold weather but still manage to warm this ladies with a flow…🙏
Very good. Master Dhiraj started with walking and jogging meditation. Also quite a few different poses. 2 new students so we helped demonstrate more to them and modifiers poses with blocks etc.
They know eachother so well, sometimes felt like practicing with a big family. They are so cute.
