In today’s practice we focused more on chest and hips opening which is good for detoxification. Such a good start of 2024!
Apart from regular yoga practice, the importance of pranayama is emphasized to the elderlies.

Master Tanny lead an excellent and challenging class for students with focus on full body therapy and better mobility, flexibility and strength.
Encourage the senior participants to deep breathe while performing slight movements. Yoga is a good exercise for them.
The class was taught by Hazel, students practices various exercises started from stretching neck ,shoulder and upper back then seat down practices different types of twisting poses , finally strengthening lower back & knees

Hatha flow style class – focus on forward bends, backbends, twists and lateral movements covering stretch and strength across the full body. Students gave good energy and focus to their practice with lots of joy!
