It’s not just a yoga therapy class. Master Yogananth also imparted positive thinking to patients. I’m so grateful to be part of this project, working with a group of warm hearted masters and yoga teachers.

This was the last class of this term ! All the housewives did very well .
Good efforts from all. One suffered for numbness on his right leg for 6 years and is hoping yoga can help.
Pain issue disappeared after yoga. Advise them keep practice at home every morning, so as to gain energy for the day and keep fit. They agreed.
The class started with a series of pranayama technique, followed by brief meditation, mobility and muscle training exercise, then finished with chanting. Wow! Master Anurag’s instruction was very clear.
With regular practice, Master Dhiraj added a few deeper stretching and muscle strengthening poses today. Slightly challenging for participants but totally doable. Good for them!
Student trying their best effort. Happy smiling face throughout the class. Lot of interaction, caring between teacher and elders. A grateful morning
It was fun and men students managed to do a few more challenging poses at a later part of the class, other than purely relaxing poses.
It was a fun class, though some students had to leave the class early.
It was my first time teaching at a class, after observing the other two volunteer teachers being the last to teach. The class was rewarding to me. Will pay attention to necessary warm-ups and memorizing the sequence next time.
