My 2nd class teaching, I need to speak louder
My first class teaching the whole hour.
Class was enjoyable and there was a good energy. We opened with a calming meditation and warm up followed by energetic sequences and balancing poses
Very good stretching class. Full body stretching exercise makes me feel good and relax. Sorry that I cannot join October 19 as I need to work in the morning. See you next class! Thanks!
Very good. Master Dhiraj divided the class into 2 sections: first half he led the class in all kinds of poses. The second half he led the class and showed them marma points.
Very nice class! I learn alot in each and every class.
They are housewives, a lot of daily routines made them have pain issue. They said after practice yoga it does release their back pain, so they will not give up yoga.
Some of them they do have practice at home, but most prefer to attend our class. They said their stress really release and feeling good afterclass. Wondering if we could give more classes would be their good news. Since some … Continued
