The participants are energetic and willing to try on new things. Such as combination of chair pose with pelvic floor breathing which are beneficial to them. Good vibes!
Students have been challenged with some hips stretching and hamstrings and enthusiastic as usual to try new position with blocks.
Joined teaching with Danielle Her energy was great. The whole class was having fun.
Love the photo of the class, me and master Vishnu are doing exactly the same actions, so meaningful. Happy class as always.
Start with chair yoga, then yoga on the mat, teach a few new poses with blocks & straps. They are very excited to try something new.
