This class was the balance of yin and yang. We do vinyasa for beginners the first half and restorative for the other half..
It was a great class. Powerful poses with good challenging variations.
The class was fun and there new students who join the class. They are willing to learn yoga especially the de stress and meditation class.
One student has knee arthritis for long and said she always feels better after doing yoga with us.
The class today was good. I want to keep regular practice and improve my health.
Good. Patty did usual warm- up and blocks this time. We will observe video by Master Yogananth next week to make sure we all know the sequence going forward.
