Hatha class – power focus. Students are all regular practitioners and have developed good mobility and strength through regular and consistent practice. Started and finished class with extended pranayama.
8 lady participants attend yoga class today. For the students’ knee health, I teach core, gluteus muscles, and quads strengthing poses. Also, remind them to keep proper posture in daily activities to reduce pressure on their knees.
Did a slow-paced yoga flow followed by a cool-down stretch. Focused on relieving tension and stiffness in the shoulders and back.

Gentle stretch to motivate them, followed by a mindfulness breathing exercise to conclude the class. All did well!
After warm-up, practice 2 sets of sun salutation. Strengthening of core and back to energize the moms. Breathing exercises are incorporated as short breaks to restore their energy.
Hatha style class with full range of postures covering forward bends, backward bends, lateral stretch and strength and twisting postures. Comprehensive class and students had fun while giving great energy and focus.
Hatha style class, students were mixed, 4 regular practitioners and 1 beginner. Modified postures and flow to cover all student levels – regular practitioners now very strong and capable – noticeable development in strength and mobility.
