Gentle body stretching, leg & core strengthening, as well as a balance pose are taught today. The importance of breathing is mentioned. Ending the class with savasana section for participants to restore themselves make them feel good.
Students worked very hard today in poses to improve flexibility and strength.
Vishnu master taught good class. Today starting with stretching neck, shoulder, chest , hip and then strengthening poses for knees, ankles, legs, arms with strap then taught long breathing to increase lug capacity. All students concentrate and work hard.
The students were keen, requested for hands on adjustments and tips to get into chaturanga and upward facing dog properly after the session.
Keith led a great session, thoroughly worked out all parts of the body, and adjusting the difficulty for the attendees of the day
Good. Mainly focus on Leg strengthening pose eg. Warrior, Half Moon variation, and then stretching.
