So happy to see many new elderly students joining the classes regularly. Students those who are practicing regularly have more stability in poses.

It was very nice to teach to this group and see their smiling and relaxed faces at the end of the class was really rewarding.

Very enjoyable and enriching; at the end students said they were feeling reborn.
